Caterer Seasoned Events, part of Crown Group, invited a selection of agents and event managers to a showcase evening at the Natural History Museum on Friday 13 of September.
The evening started with a drinks reception along with a short presentation by the event team, guests were then treated to a selection of canapés before being given a tour of the event spaces including the Earth Gallery, the Central Hall and the Darwin Centre to discuss the opportunities that are available within the venue.
As the evening progressed, guests were then treated to an adventure-exploration themed menu of food designed by the Seasoned Events creative projects team, including; poached eggs tins individually served with confit lamb and camp fire beans, chorizo and black beans, charcoaled peppers and gruyere. Also on the menu were pales of butternut squash and warm pumpkin with buffalo mozzarella.
For those with a sweet tooth, the menu included toffee apples, confit rhubarb, crumble rumble and raspberry, seasonal berry crumble with white chocolate and lime and caramel popped corn lolly clusters.
