Events agency Chillisauce.co.uk has launched a Dragons’ Den-inspired teambuilding experience, which will see employees pitching to a panel of celebrity entrepreneurs including glamour model and TV star Katie Price, football mogul Karren Brady and chef Heston Blumenthal.
The new event will take place in the original Dragons’ Den venue in South London and will see employees spending the day coming up with ideas on how to improve their company, before presenting them to the celebrity dragons alongside their own company directors and bosses.
Other entrepreneurs available to sit on the panel include Queen of Shops Mary Portas, Reggae Reggae Sauce creator Levi Roots, Lastminute.com founder Martha Lane-Fox, Wahaca CEO Thomasina Miers, Innocent Drinks’ Richard Reed and even Chillisauce’s CEO James Baddiley.
“This teambuilding event will be the toughest yet,” said Head of Digital Marketing and PR at Chillisauce.co.uk, Michael Chidzey. “We’ve sourced an incredible line up of global business personalities and emerging entrepreneurs to choose from.
“The purpose of the event is to inspire staff, get them working together and create something that will be remembered forever, making your staff want to work for you for the rest of the year. Den of Dragons fosters and entrepreneurial environment offering the opportunity to stimulate employees, encourage creativity and strategic thinking, while testing presentation skills with the added benefit of generating ideas to improve your business from the people that know it best.”
Chillisauce.co.uk will also develop a mentoring programme after each event to help winning teams put their ideas into action.
The experience will be available from the beginning of October 2013. Prices start from £350 per person and it is suitable for 25 to 120 participants. Event costs vary depending on requirements and enhancements, but lookalikes can be organised for reduced costs.
