Top Banana adds a bunch of new recruits to its team

Stourbridge-based event management agency Top Banana has expanded its team with several new team members.
Tony Monger has been appointed as an Account Director, Cat Butler has joined as an Account Manager and Megan Grant has been named as an Account Executive.
Prior to his appointment, Monger spent over a decade working for Opus, part of Rapiergroup, working with clients including BUPA, Shell, Audi and Nestle. Meanwhile, Butler and Grant join Top Banana having worked for the Grass Roots agency and L’Oreal UK, respectively.
In addition, Martha McGarry has taken on the role of Middleweight Designer and Marcus Marritt has joined as Studio Manager.
Top Banana has also added two new interns to the company. Alex Hatton and April Summerscales will be working as a Production Assistant and a Venue Finding Assistant, respectively, on a 12-month contract as part of their university course placements.
The new recruits will work with a range of clients including Bacardi, Bentley, Danone Baby Nutrition, Wilkinsons and Aggregate Industries.
“Despite the economic challenges facing the events industry, we’ve experienced exceptional growth over the past year and these new recruits are testament to that,” said MD, Nick Terry.
“With the addition of all these new team members we hope to continue expanding our client base and offering engaging senior management events in locations all over the world.”
