New identity for Marriott’s group sales network in Europe

Hotel group Marriott has realigned and rebranded its European group sales network to Marriott Global Groups Europe.

Marriott Global Groups Europe will give Europe-based bookers access to over 3,800 Marriott hotels worldwide through a team of groups and meetings specialists.

Marriott says the new, unified identity demonstrates its commitment to the groups and meetings segment and provides a seamless service from start to finish.

Launched within 43 key markets across Europe, Marriott Global Groups Europe claims to be a ’one-stop shop’ to ascertain customers’ needs and to source suitable meeting space and accommodation from Marriott’s global network of brands and hotels. Each location will have one set of contact details, providing ease and consistency of contact.

“Groups and meetings are integral to our business and we wanted to make it easier for our customers to do business with us by providing a more streamlines and consistent process,” says VP of Global Sales at Marriott International in Europe, Philip Andreopoulos.
