New customer loyalty programme and 24 hour rates at Center Parcs

Center Parcs has launched a new customer loyalty programme that sees event organisers rewarded with a family short-break at one of its four UK villages.

When spending more than £12,500 on a conference, event bookers will automatically receive a free break for up to six people. Additionally, any organiser who makes an enquiry with the Center Parcs corporate events team will be entered into a monthly prize draw to win a Center Parcs break with family and friends.

Center Parcs is also encouraging event bookers to maximise conference time and invite delegates to spend a night in the forest with the launch of new 24-hour rates.

The reduced rates start from £120 per delegate and include a full day venue hire for a conference with food and refreshments provided throughout the day as well as conference requirements such as a projector. The rate also includes accommodation in a self-catering woodland lodge as well as a three-course dinner and breakfast served either in event space The Venue or a breakfast hamper can be delivered to delegates’ accommodation.

“Center Parcs has a unique offer for event organisers looking to accommodate a large number of delegates,” says Corporate Sales Manager at Center Parcs, Daniel Whittmore. “Very few venues in the UK are able to offer over 2,000 bedrooms alongside dedicated conference facilities for up to 600 delegates. To enhance a delegates experience even further, during their leisure time they can book into any one of the 100 activities available from Center Parcs.”
