Event management software provider, Kinetic Solutions, has partnered with event industry trainer, Trev Hospitality Skills Training, to launch a “one stop” course in training sales staff.
The Business Excellence and System Training (BEST) concept will offer a broad commercial perspective on the processes and practices which need to be in place for sales teams to capture and utilise the most crucial information, both in terms of software and personal enquiry handling.
These courses, which will be run by Trev HST’s Rose McDonald and Kevan Holland, will take place on 15 October, 13 November and 21 January at Kinetic’s offices in Cranfield, between Milton Keynes and Bedford.
The BEST courses will highlight how businesses can implement key processes to help manage and develop sales relationships, account management and, ultimately, revenue profit. In addition, on an individual basis, it gives attendees the skills to build and develop their career as part of an ethos of sharing and developing.
“Those who attend our workshops will be fully equipped with all the tools they need to record, manage, develop and convert sales enquiries,” says Training Manager at Kinetic Solutions, Sharon Sumner. “Further to learning how to develop your business strategy and understand the influences on your business from the broader commercial market, Rose and Kevan will be advising delegates on how to get the most out of every single sales enquiry.”
McDonald and Holland, who established Trev HST in 2011, boast 50 years’ combined experience in the hospitality and meetings industry.
Through BEST, Kinetic Solutions is establishing a quantifiable and evidence-based learning accreditation which encourages ongoing CPD of the attendees from the course objectives. There will be a subsequent follow up, with the BEST coaches remaining in frequent contact with the attendees to encourage and measure their effectiveness.
