launches Great British Bake Off experience

Teambuilding company,, has launched a new Great British Bake Off experience, the Ultimate Back Off, taking its theme from the popular BBC TV show of the same name.
Like in the television programme,’s package will be hosted by TV hosts Mel Giedroyc and Sue Perkins and judged by cookery writer Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood.
Throughout the teambuilding day, delegates will get a taste of the same pressure cooker environment experienced by the show’s contestants, as they mix, knead and bake their way through progressively tougher challenges, while Mary, Paul, Mel and Sue inspect, prod and sample the baked goodies before deciding which teams get to have their cake and eat it by crowning them the Ultimate Bake Off champions.
The company can offer the Ultimate Bake Off experience around the UK, organising everything from sourcing a countryside spot and setting up a purpose-built marquee to providing kitchens, professional chefs and event management staff.
“There are no excuses for staff to dread teambuilding days,” says Head of Digital Marketing and PR, Michael Chidzey. “Events like the Ultimate Bake Off offer a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that staff will be talking about for years and will have a lasting impact to your business.”
Each event is bespoke and crafted to suit the companies taking part, but typically each will finish with an evening party and the chance to enjoy the food cooked throughout the day. Companies may also choose to donate money to a charity chosen by the winning team on the day.
The full Ultimate Bake Off experience starts at £500 per head and it is suitable for 12 to 200 participants. Event costs vary depending on requirements and enhancements such as Mary Berry (an additional £10,000) and Paul Hollywood (an additional £8,000). However, lookalikes can be organised for reduced costs.
