International corporate services company Hogg Robinson Group (HRG) has been awarded the Europe Middle East, India and Africa (EMEIA) travel contract for EY, the professional services organisation formerly known as Ernst & Young.
HRG currently works with EY in 30 countries across the EMEIA region, and the companies have now signed up to work together over the next five years to develop and implement a consistent programme to help consolidate business travel expenditure in 95 countries across the region.
HRG is charged with ensuring maximum compliance to corporate travel policy and provide full visibility and management of end-to-end travel. HRG and EY are also targetting big savings in administration and travel costs. EY will use a travel portal, online booking tools, approval processes and mobile applications to support the objectives.

The project commences from September 2013.
