Event and communications specialist agency Grass Roots has won a four-way pitch for the Danone Nations Cup World Final 2013. The agency will partner with Danone to deliver their VIP programme at the event.
Danone’s annual event, in its 14th year, is the world’s largest football tournament for 10-12-year-olds. Since 2000 it has been inspiring millions of youngsters to be active and embrace the positive values of sport, exercise and the importance of a proper diet.
This year the finals are taking place in the UK, at London’s Wembley Stadium, 7 September. The event has also been recognised as an ‘Inspired by 2012’ programme by the Minister of Sport for its role in building a sustainable legacy from London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
