BOBI strengthens marketing team with Greenbury and Reed

Best of Britain & Ireland (BOBI), the trade event for tourism professionals has appointed two travel industry stalwarts to strengthen its sales and marketing operation.
Simon Greenbury brings over 30 years experience in PR, marketing and branding, with particular expertise in the travel, leisure and exhibition sectors and will have responsibilities for raising the profile of the event.
Steve Reed is a specialist in working with group travel organisers (GTOs) and coach and tour operators and is appointed with a brief to help increase the number of GTOs attending the event, as well as helping the sales team sign up UK attractions that have not historically exhibited at the show.
Commenting on these two senior appointments, Mark Griffin, Managing Director, of organiser Expo Management, said: “We are delighted to have made these appointments. Both Simon and Steve bring considerable experience to our team. They will be key players in helping raising the profile of Best of Britain & Ireland within the travel sector and increasing the number and quality of exhibitors and visitors to the show next March.”
Best of Britain & Ireland takes place from 12-13 March 2014 at The NEC, Birmingham.
