BDRC’s Bland to open Conversation to Conversion

BDRC Continental’s Client Services Director James Bland (pictured) will be offering advice on how to convert crucial hospitality leads during a course from Trev HST to be delivered 11 September at Whittlebury Hall in Northamptonshire.
‘Conversation to Conversion’, promises to give participants the upper hand on the competition when translating enquiries into sales.
The course will be run by Trev HST’s industry experts Rose McDonald and Kevan Holland, who have more than 50 years’ experience in the hospitality market between them.
Rose McDonald said: “James Bland is a big name in the industry and it is quite a coup that attendees will be able to benefit from his extensive experience. Our style is relaxed but our mission is to empower individuals in customer facing roles to seize every commercial opportunity, and James is the ideal partner for us in this endeavour.”
‘Conversation to Conversion’ is designed to maximise attendees’ enquiry handling abilities by providing tips on how to make a good first impression with clients by immediately recognising their needs. Participants will also be coached on presenting their establishments effectively and negotiating with their customer’s buying criteria. They are also promised a variety of closing techniques and given advice on how to grow the business by identifying further sales leads and referral contacts.
