London venue collective London City Selection (LCS) has welcomed Sadler’s Wells Theatre as the newest member to its portfolio.
A specialised dance and performance venue, the theatre complex offers a 1,500-seat auditorium as well as a lecture theatre and a range of studio spaces.
Sadler’s Wells is the third theatre venue to join the collective alongside the former playhouse member venue The Mermaid and Bridewell Theatre, which forms part of St Bride Foundation.
As the 26th member to join LCS, the new member follows HMS President 1918 in March and 230 Bishopsgate which joined earlier in the year.
“It’s great to have another theatre-style venue to join the portfolio,” says Chair of LCS, Ed Bolling.
“We take pride in offering such a wide range of unique venues all with AIM accreditation to guarantee quality and character. It’s exciting to have such an innovative and inspirational venue as Sadler’s Wells as our third new member this year.”
Georgie Mackie at Sadler’s Wells, adds: “We are really pleased to be a member of London City Selection and the team here are excited about showcasing our facilities and meeting other City Selection members at future London City Selection events.”
