De Vere Venues wins East Sussex National contract

Conference and event space provider, De Vere Venues, has secured a management contract with East Sussex National joining their growing property portfolio.

A multi-facility venue complex, East Sussex National offers 100 bedrooms and conferencing facilities able to host 400 delegates across 10 meeting spaces. Set in 1,110 acres of Sussex countryside, the venue provides outdoor space for teambuilding events and boasts two Championship Golf Courses.

Tony Dangerfield, CEO of De Vere Venues, said: “East Sussex National is a real asset to De Vere Venues expanding property portfolio and we’re delighted to welcome them on board. The facilities, including the championship golf courses are second to none and we’re looking forward to welcoming delegates through the doors.”

Michael Hunt, the owner of East Sussex National, added: “De Vere were chosen ahead of other candidates because of their flexibility in adapting their requirements to suit the existing culture of each individual hotel and their emphasis on staff training and customer satisfaction.”

De Vere reports that, over the first six months of 2013, its venue collection has been joined by Heythrop Park, Chicheley Hall, Kassam Stadium, Studley Castle and Altitude London.

“The new venues coming on board prove testament to our on-going growth strategy and our commitment to providing delegates with a diverse and varied selection of properties across the UK,” said Dangerfield.
