Crowne Plaza London Docklands celebrates 10th anniversary

The 10th anniversary of the The Crowne Plaza London – Docklands was a benchmark moment in the history of Crowne Plaza, and as it was their ‘tin’ anniversary celebration, no theme would fit better than the Wizard of Oz.

The evening included Crowne Plaza employees resurrecting the Tin Man, Scarecrow, Lion and all their friends. The main Docklands Suite was decorated allowing it’s guest to step over the rainbow and into Oz, with the yellow brick road leading attendees to the their sumptuous three course dinner and hay stacks adding style for photographs as mementos of the event.

The three-course meal was followed up by a charity raffle raising £300 for both Variety – The Children’s Charity and Richard House Hospice. Dorothy and all her guests got their red shoes clicking with a disco to finish the night.
