Booking agency BCD M&I has recruited a host of new staff across the EMEA in order to meet increased demand from its clients.
Among the new faces joining the agency are four recruits formerly with Grass Roots who join as part of the Operations team. There are also additions to the Finance and Account Management teams.
“I’m delighted to be adding this pool of talent to the BCD M&I team,” says EMEA MD Andrew Perolls.
“Servicing our clients is of utmost importance to us, and bringing on board these new staff enables us to keep delivering a quality service to an ever-widening client base.”
Senior Project Manager Charlotte Booth has joined BCD M&I from Grass Roots where she worked for over nine years. Also joining the Operations team are Carly Gargett and Jeanette Sanderson – both Senior Project Managers.
Two new recruits, also ex-Grass Roots, for the Venue Sourcing team are Marnie Tutt and Emma Strudwick. They have five and 11 years experience, respectively, in the events and travel industry.
The Group Travel team is being boosted with the recruitment of Paula Jackson, a 23-year veteran of the industry as a specialist in reservations and ticketing for groups. She also joins from Grass Roots, and previously Maritz.
Also joining the Flights team is Claudio D’Amico. Louise Crane has joined BCD M&I as a Regional Account Manager for EMEA, working on several key accounts.
Natalie Treleaven-Ford and Sarah Austen join the Finance team.
New staff are all based at the agency’s EMEA HQ in Maidenhead.
