New upper deck at HMS Belfast to open in June

A new upper deck at HMS Belfast, located on the top of the new café bar, will be opened by Sodexo Prestige in June.

The outdoor terraced bar can seat up to 50 guests for drinks and dinner and is available for private hire. With stools around the outside of the terrace and an awning to protect guests from the sun, the Upper Deck Bar offers views across London landmarks, including Tower Bridge, and has a license up until 10pm.

Dishes on the menu include ’board specials’ such as a cheese board of British cheeses from Paxton & Whitfield, a meat board with a selection of European meats, pickles and artisan breads and a fish board of Forman’s London cured salmon, gin gravadlax, and Brixham crab sandwich.

Phil Reed, Director of HMS Belfast, says: “We’re thrilled to be launching the Upper Deck Bar this summer, which together with the new shop and café, will give HMS Belfast the support she needs to continue to be a high profile, cultural destination. We hope the new bar will become a destination meeting place on the bank of the river.”
