A trio of meetings industry sales and marketing experts have teamed up to form a new international marketing alliance offering a ‘one-stop shop’ for multilingual marketing resources across the global meetings sector.
Mexia Watterston Mills (MWM) is an alliance of specialist meetings industry PR and social media firm Mexia Communications, destination marketing experts Watterston Associates and experienced international meetings marketing professional Simon Mills.
Mills brings a wealth of marketing expertise gained in a variety of roles, in particular international posts with Visit Britain and more recently on the venue side with Twickenham Experience. He says: “Competition for buyer attention is at an all-time high, with new destinations and venues adding to their sometimes bewildering range of options. Our aim is to offer a one-stop shop to create bespoke marketing services according to client needs that enables them to stand out from the crowd and grow their business in the international meetings sector.
“I have personally worked with Julie Watterston and Kursha Woodgate of Mexia as a client and can testify to the quality of the service I know we can deliver to clients. I am delighted we have teamed up and am truly excited to be launching this new venture.”
MWM will offer a range of services, from marketing strategy and competitor audit to brand development, PR, representation and association research.
