Keith Prowse offers cycling hospitality at Manchester Velodrome

Hospitality provider Keith Prowse has teamed up with the Manchester Velodrome and is inviting teams of eight to 10 to learn the art of velodrome cycling at the home of British cycling.

Participants are able to put their skills to the test on the track where their pedal-pushing heroes have gone before, see their name and trial times on the big screen, and get a flavour of medal glory with a photo opportunity on the World Championship podium.

After the one-hour taster session, a two-course buffet will be served overlooking the track. Where dates coincide with GB training sessions, some groups will be able to watch the country’s top cyclists in action.

’This is a fantastic opportunity to follow in the tyre tracks of Olympians like Sir Chris Hoy and Victoria Pendleton and test your mettle on this fine velodrome track,” says MD of Keith Prowse, Andrew Hodgkins. “We’re excited to be pushing the boundaries of teambuilding experiences with such a unique offering.”

A cycling package starts at £199 excl VAT for one hour, or £245 excl VAT for two hours, both per person. Additional services include Wattbike virtual racing, and the chance to meet and ride with a Team GB cyclist.
