Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 wins twice in Brand Awards

Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 is celebrating after winning two Hilton European brand awards, the Housekeeping Award of Excellence and a Hilton Brand Award of Excellence 2012.
 
The Hilton Brand Award of Excellence rewards high standards and is based on guest feedback gained from online questionnaires.
 
Staff excelled in the Housekeeping category across areas including the cleanliness of guest rooms, spotlessness of bathrooms and attention to detail in the way the rooms are serviced. The Service and Loyalty Tracking survey questionnaires graded all Hilton brand hotels, naming Hilton Terminal 5 the top hotel out of all Hilton’s worldwide properties.
 
“We take great pride in staff training, including excellence in housekeeping and customer service,” says Meredith Bevan, GM at Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5. “We have spent 18 months cultivating the hotel so that it is at the top of its game.”
