The Deck hosted an ‘International Taste Sensation’ to launch their new 2013 summer menus recently. Guests were treated to samplers from the internationally-inspired ‘Globe Trotter’ menus, including a classic salad niçoise and crispy crayfish popcorn.
A Elderflower Spritz cocktail, created for the event, was also prepared and shaken at a stylish mirror mosaic bar and The Deck’s kitchen team took to the event floor to hand-create decadent banana splits, knickerbockerglories and gin and tonic sorbets from the ice cream bar menu.
The Deck’s 270° views provided a picturesque backdrop for the evening and a cosmopolitan interior was designed to showcase the space’s unique staging-qualities and the bespoke decorative touches that can be added to the venue’s interior.
