The Acre Room added to Well Met Conferencing portfolio

Well Met Conferencing, the conference arm of Leeds Metropolitan University, has opened a new event space which can be used for small conferences and receptions for up to 100 theatre-style or as a breakout room.

The Acre Room is located in the Headingley Campus and situated within the Grade II listed James Graham building. It has wooden paneling and views across the three acres of park land that surround the Headingley Campus. The room has been fully refurbished and is equipped with modern furniture and AV facilities.

“The Acre Room is a great addition to our portfolio of venues,” says Head of Business Development for Well Met Conferencing, Kate Davis. “Not only is The Acre Room a great space in its own right, it also increases our ability to offer break out space for larger conferences within the setting of the James Graham building.”

The Acre Room, which is available for bookings all year round, also includes free WiFi throughout, 24hr security and free on-site parking.

Well Met’s portfolio includes the Rose Bowl, Carnegie Village, Cloth Hall Court and the Great Hall.
