Sundial’s Highgate House remains on BDRC Continental Gold standard

Venue portfolio Sundial Group’s Highgate House has retained its VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation.
The venue had previously achieved the accreditation at the end of 2012 from BDRC Continental. BDRC Continental’s survey features more than 300 UK conference venues and hotel chains but only a handful achieve the ‘Gold Standard’ accreditation each year.
The accreditation, based on customer feedback results from April 2012 to March 2013, is testament to the conference hotel’s continued dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
“We’re thrilled to receive the BDRC Continental VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation again,” Highgate House’s GM Paul Williams, said. “It’s a wonderful recognition for everyone here and we’re grateful for everyone who took the time to comment so positively on their stay.”
Sundial Group owns and operates three country house conference hotels across the UK: Barnett Hill in Surrey, Highgate House in Northamptonshire and Woodside in Kenilworth. It also runs Sundial SOS venue finding service and Teamscapes teambuilding.
