Polar Black Events to manage Guess annual conference for 2nd year

Event management company, Polar Black Events, has been reappointed for the second year to manage Guess and Gc Watches’ annual business distribution conference, which showcases the brand’s latest collection to the trade.
 
The event will involve 300 international watch distributor delegates in Greece in August 2013.
 
The conference format features a rolling schedule of an intensive three-day business and social programme for 100 participants repeated three times and incorporating fundraising for a charity in the local host community.
 
“The strategy for 2013 is very focused and interactive, maximising distributors’ time and productivity through a balance of smartly-run meetings during the day and fun, creative evening entertainment including dinners, receptions, beach parties and teambuilding,” says Director at Polar Black Events, Xavier Cadiou.
 
John Marchesi, President of International Sales for Guess and Gc Watches, adds: “Last year’s conference was the ‘best ever’ according to distributors’ feedback, and very successful in terms of product orders and raising money for our ‘Time to Give’ charity.”
