Independent travel management company, Hillgate Travel, has integrated Conferma’s booking, settlement and reconciliation solution into their own booking platform, FreeWay, and that of their clients.
Conferma is a travel and expense booking and settlement technology agency. The Conferma solution aims to synchronise the travel booking, payment and reconciliation process and make it accessible to both agent and client alike.
Working with its network of global payment partners, Conferma creates a virtual credit card at the same time of a travel booking, triggering an automated payment and reconciliation process that accurately matches traveller and transaction activity to produce a transparent view of travel spend. Payment providers and travel management companies can identify and track every booking from when it was made through to final settlement and audit.
