Glass-fronted marquee added to Cannon Bridge Roof Gardens for events

Corporate event organiser, Diamond City Events, has added a glass-fronted marquee event space to its Cannon Bridge Roof Gardens.
Located in London’s square mile, the glass-fronted marquee joins a rooftop of manicured gardens and offers views over London’s iconic landmarks including St Paul’s, Tower Bridge, The Shard and the River Thames.
“We started planning the logistics in February as it’s quite a feat to secure the road closure and then manage the order in which we take delivery and crane the temporary structure and all the associated catering and hospitality items, floorings, linings, toilets and audiovisual equipment three storeys up above the main platforms of Cannon Bridge Station,” says Eddie Hoare, who heads up the project for Diamond City Events.
With a maximum capacity of 500 standing and 150 seated, the venue space can be used for summer garden parties, seated dinners, barbecues, champagne receptions, networking events, awards ceremonies and product launches – whatever the weather.
As a blank canvas, the venue can also be dressed to complement any theme or corporate branding a client may desire.
