CHS Group anticipates 10 per cent rise in CHS 2013 attendance figures

CHS Group hopes to achieve record attendance figures at this year’s Conference and Hospitality Show (CHS), which takes place on 30 April at the Centenary Pavilion at Leeds United Football Club, Elland Road, following a rise in pre-ticket registrations.

CHS Group, who organise the show, anticipates attendance figures to rise by 10 per cent for this year’s show.

Emma Cartmell, Director of CHS, took over the show in 2010 when it was the Northern Venue and Big Wow Show and has seen it grow 50 per cent year-on-year.

“The show has been established for more than 10 years but after speaking to all of the exhibitors it definitely needed a shake up as it had become too ’entertainment’ focused and less about placing business,” she says. “The opportunity to revisit exactly what exhibitors wanted to see and to totally re-brand the event was exciting.”
