Event management agency Banks Sadler has completed the acquisition of Medical Projects International (MPI), the Windsor based event and communications agency for an undisclosed sum. MPI offers medical communications and event logistics for a range of clients in the pharmaceutical sector.
Banks Sadler says the acquisition of MP will further support its specialist industry and client dedicated teams and will specifically strengthen and support its pharmaceutical healthcare offering across its global network of offices.
“MPI is successful in its own right but they recognised that in order to grow their business and to take advantage of EMEA wide opportunities they need to be part of a larger acquisition and have a wider network of offices,” says CEO of Banks Sadler, Leigh Jagger.
MPI and Banks Sadler will continue to trade separately, with pervious owners Chris and Devika Rawlinson, staying on as MD and Director of Communications to continue to run the business reporting to Banks Sadler’s Jagger.
