CYE-Group launches new brand image and service upgrades

Venue and event search portal, Ilminster-based CYE-Group, has launched a new brand image as well as a suit of new service enhancements.
The group says the investment is to ensure the satisfaction of 2.6m unique visitors annually and 5,000 qualified venue clients listed on its pages.
The service enhancements will benefit website users who search for venues, events and activities on CYE-Group’s four websites, and the clients that rely on the group’s event focused sites for new business enquiries.
The roll out began with the unveiling of a new and improved; developments to the other CYE-Group sites will follow.
“Our new services make finding the right venue easier and placing an enquiry simple,” says Managing Director of CYE-Group, Ben Gray. “They enable clients to manage, track and review their listings on all four sites, including how enquiries are managed at each stage, from one central hub; they can use their listing as a tool to improve business processes.”

The new ‘Central Hub’ is an online area where clients can manage listings for each of the four CYE-Group sites. With just one ‘log in’ they can change how their venue or event appears on each of the four sites, run reports on all aspects of their listings’ performance and receive suggestions from the system’s detailed analysis software on how their listings can be improved.

All enquiry data is logged, including communications between the venue team and the customer, so managers can run a report that shows, not only how quickly enquiries were dealt with and how many were successful, but also which factors influenced success.
