Zibrant Audience Engagement masterclass at QEIICC well received

Over 50 meeting planners attended the recent QEIICC and Zibrant masterclass on Audience Engagement.
 
The event, held at the QEIICC on Friday (22 February), was facilitated by Zibrant’s MD of Sales and Marketing, Fay Sharpe.
 
There were also presentations from Nigel Cooper, Executive Director of Motivcom; Alexis Butler, Head of Creative at Zibrant; Chris Elmitt, Managing Director of Crystal Interactive; and Dominic Keohane, Director of ‘Good to Great’.
 
Delegates were shown how technology and creativity can improve audience engagement within pre-, during and post-event interaction, along with delegate communication effectiveness.
 
Sharpe says: “We have long recognised a growing trend for incorporating technology within events and particularly how it can maximise interaction between delegates, speakers and organisers at live and virtual events. Audience interaction and engagement has to extend beyond the event in order to maximise ROI, and should include pre- and post-event messaging and engagement.”
