Sundial Group achieves Investor in People Standard for 13th year

Venue company, Sundial Group, has been re-accredited with the Investors in People Standard, reconfirming its commitment to the success and development of its employees.
 
The accolade sees the group continuing to hold the standard for 13 years, having first achieved it in 1999. 
 
The standard is based on staff interviews and requires businesses to meet the standard across 39 different categories.
 
“We are delighted to retain our Investors in People Standard,” says MD of Sundial Group, Tim Chudley. “With much of the assessment based on staff interviews, the results not only show us where we’ve been successful, but also help us focus on areas for improvement so we can perform even better together in future.”
 
Launched in 1991, Investors in People specialises in transforming business performance through people. Over a third of the UK’s workforce uses Investors in People today, and employers do so because they see a number of real business benefits.
 
Sundial Group owns and runs three country house conference hotels across the UK; Barnett Hill in Surrey, Highgate House in Northamptonshire and Woodside in Kenilworth. It also runs Sundial SOS venue finding service and Teamscapes teambuilding.
