Conference Contacts celebrates 25th anniversary

Maidenhead-based event management and venue finding agency, Conference Contacts, has celebrated its 25 years anniversary.
With three months remaining in the financial year the agency says its forecast revenue for its 2012/13 targets has been exceeded by 20 per cent. Launched in 1986, the agency has already confirmed 70 per cent of its target business for 2013/14.
Due to the success of the previous year and a forecasted busy year ahead the Conference Contacts Directors have re-organised themselves to help improve efficiency and offer a more customer focused approach. Rosalind Giles will continue in her role as Operations Director but will also take up the position of Key Account Director and Anthony Waite is also stepping into an Operations Director role with a focus on new business.
Conference Contacts says that over the years it has organised some “groundbreaking” events including being the first company to breach the Berlin Wall to host an event. While the processes, technologies and names may have changed, the agency says its goal has always remained the same; to provide clients with a personal and bespoke service that result in smoothly run conferences, meetings and events.
