The new home of the Premiership rugby team Saracens, the 10,000-seater Allianz Park in Barnet, North London, has opened its new conference and events space to the market.
The facilities include an indoor arena for 1,200 delegates, three banqueting rooms for up to 650 and 14 breakout rooms for between two and 60 people.
The space offers organisers views over the pitch and is suitable for product launches, conferences, gala dinners, exhibitions, weddings and family parties.
The venue, previously named the Copthall Stadium, has undergone a £24m rejuvenation to become a community sports hub. The stadium will provide a home for Saracens, a new sporting facility available free of charge to every school in the borough and an improved venue for athletics in the South East. The club will leave their temporary home Vicarage Road at the end of January 2013, following the final match at the ground against Edinburgh on 20 January 2013.
Allianz Park claims to be the ‘most energy efficient stadium in the United Kingdom’, by taking its own innovative actions to reduce its environmental impact by adopting sustainable solutions to their energy, water, transport and waste needs and becoming an advocate for environmentally sound practices.
