Booking agencies Trinity Conferences and Hotelscene have announced that they have formed a strategic partnership to offer a wide range of services to their clients.
The two companies have agreed an alliance that will enable them to deliver each other’s products, including Trinity’s meetings spend and reporting system, Metis, and Hotelscene’s Mystay online booking tool.
Trinity Conferences delivers venue finding, and meetings and event management while Hotelscene concentrates on booking accommodation, travel and meetings. Together the two companies can now offer all the services of a travel management company.
“We are delighted to align ourselves with an agent that has the same aims as us in terms of company culture, service levels and investment in technology,” says MD for Trinity Conferences, Jacqui Kavanagh. “Working together we can deliver the purchasing and reporting capabilities of a travel management company with a high level of individual service and knowledge to the benefit of clients. The partnership will offer clients one contact to manage their account and provide a seamless experience,” she adds.
MD of Hotelscene, Nick Foot says: “This alliance with Trinity will broaden the scope of services we can offer our clients especially in event management, while Trinity’s clients will be able to benefit from Hotelscene’s experience in managing transient accommodation bookings.”
