US agency Shiraz Events opens a London division

US-based event management agency, Shiraz Events, has opened its first London office.

The Shiraz London division will provide support for current international clients and will focus on the design and production of events such as galas, product and store launches, press and marketing events and weddings.

Shiraz Events was founded in 2001 and has since opened offices in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles. Its clients include Amazon, Bentley, Badgley Mischka, Hearst, Infiniti, Karl Lagerfeld, GQ, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Ferrari, Microsoft, Piaget, and Versace.

The agency provides event design, production, catering, and model staffing. It organisers such events as the OUT 100 Awards, American Ballet Theater’s 2009 Fall Gala, Harper’s Bazaars 140th Anniversary Party, The 2011 Clio Awards, the Karl Lagerfeld Pop-Up Shop in New York City, the 10th Anniversary Party of Art Basel Miami Beach, and the Hearst/Infiniti Moments of Inspiration program at the Pebble Beach Concours d’ Elegance.

Shiraz Events President and Founder Shai Tertner will be partnering with Brett Alligood, a former freelance event producer in the Manhattan area for the London office.
