Peterborough EXEC rebrands as Peterborough Arena

Event and exhibition venue Peterborough EXEC at the East of England Showground has changed its name to Peterborough Arena in a major rebranding exercise.
The venue attracts 800,000 visitors every year for a wide range of events, concerts, exhibitions and conferences.
The new name has been chosen to reflect the “true nature of the venue” and has been followed up with a new website, Facebook page and Twitter account.
“The new name more accurately reflects the facility and will help to promote the city wider afield as we strive to bring in a range of new concerts, exhibitions, conferences, and shows,” said Peterborough Arena MD Keith Dalton. “We are undertaking a major marketing and PR campaign to raise the profile of the venue and the new logo positions us as a modern, forward thinking business without ever forgetting the historical context of the showground and the agricultural links.”
The main indoor exhibition hall seats up to 5,000 or 6,000 standing for concerts while the glass roofed Atrium can seat up to 800 for functions. Add to that a range of meeting suites and smaller function rooms.
