upgrades online booking tool

Venue finder has launched a series of enhancements of its Corporate Booking Tool for Meetings and Events at the Business Travel Show (7-8 February 2012) in London’s Earls Court.
The upgrade focuses on dual branding and procurement to increase adoption levels, and engage a deeper understanding and relationship between agent and client. The tool is aimed at small- to medium-sized agents.

“The tool offers an intuitive platform that presents clarity, cost effectiveness and time saving solutions for event bookers,” Client Services Director, Heather Swatkins, says. “Its development and dual branding delivers an instinctive interface to plan, run and evaluate any event however simple or complex the brief maybe.” includes over 26,000 venues, 11,000 in the UK. The website has 19,000 users registered and 250 event booking agents who are on target this year to generate £500m in business enquiries in the next 12 months.
