This year’s Event Services and Supplier Association (ESSA) AGM will be held at Olympia on the afternoon of 29 March.
“Following feedback from last year’s AGM we have provided greater time to allow for two to three industry presentations as well as the launch of a new ESSA communication initiative,” said ESSA Director Chris Skeith. “The day will finish with drinks and an extended networking period, allowing more of an opportunity to catch up with old friends and meet with newer members.”
The AGM schedule and registration form is available from the ESSA website and further information on speakers and presentations will follow in coming weeks. Papers will be emailed to the main contact of each member company by 8 March.
“The AGM is one of the most important events in the association calendar and will include the election of new board members,” Skeith added.
“Voting is either in person or by proxy and there is one vote per member company.”
CN’s sister publication’s 2012 Exhibition News Awards will be at Olympia’s West Hall on the evening of 29 March from 6pm.
