QEII Conference Centre invites tenders for hotel booking contract

The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre (QEIICC) in London is inviting tenders for a new, three-year hotel booking contract. The successful agency can expect to book 3,500 room nights per year.
 
Sue Etherington, Commercial Director, The QEIICC said: “We are looking for a hotel booking agent partner in order to create a preferred supplier relationship so that we can offer a seamless venue and accommodation booking service to our clients. We will be looking for a company who will work with us to provide the best possible service for organisers and delegates in the provision of packages for accommodation, travel and leisure.”
 
The current contract expires at the end of April 2012. Between five and 15 service providers will be invited to tender by a closing date of 31 January 2012.
