Cavendish appointed as Diamond Jubilee Pageant 2012 official agent

Hospitality and event agent, the Cavendish Group, has been appointed the official hospitality sales agent for The Diamond Jubilee Pageant to be held in May 2012 at Windsor Castle.
The concept, created by The Hpower Group, will see the show ‘travel around the world in 60 years and 90 minutes’, touching down at places of special interest which Her Majesty has visited during her 60 years of reign and incorporating her special interest in horses.
Taking place on the evenings of 10, 11 and 13 May, the event will include a cast of people and horses from all over the world in choreographed theatrical displays. Set against a backdrop of video footage, music and actor-read narrative, the scenes will be enhanced with dramatic staging and lighting to illustrate HM The Queen’s many State and Commonwealth visits and the hundreds of people she has met.
“We are delighted to be selling these packages,” said Director of Cavendish Group Chris Bruton. “As the curtain raiser to the Diamond Jubilee celebrations and a pre-Olympic event, this really will confirm to the world what a spectacular show we can put on.’
There are three levels of hospitality package available, which includes a seat opposite the main stage and informal al-fresco dining from buffet stations with food and wine from around the world.
The Diamond Jubilee Pageant is a not-for-profit event with all surplus going to charity.
