The De Vere Group, parent company of De Vere Venues has been named the number one hospitality group in the latest Sunday Times Top Track 250, the league table for Britain’s leading mid-market private companies.
The annual poll, published last weekend, places the De Vere Group, 23rd out of 250 firms, ahead of other leading groups, including Travelodge (67th place). The business was also rated more highly than other major UK brands including Selfridges (37th) and Pret a Manger (72nd).
“Meeting, indeed exceeding, the needs of our guests is what we do day in, day out, and I am delighted that we are continuing to achieve great success,” said Andrew Coppel, De Vere Group Chairman. “What we have to do now is build on this achievement as we continue to invest in making De Vere even better.”
The De Vere Group consists of 65 hotels, conference and training venues and luxury golf resorts, as well as 11 academies.
