Motivcom event management subsidiary Zibrant has completed the acquisition of the business and assets of the global conference and event lead generation business, Goldserve for a consideration of £5.25m.
Goldserve operates 2,000 lead and enquiry websites globally, generating in excess of 10,000 event enquiries per year which will provide Zibrant with a new business generation channel.
Emmet Hart, founder of Goldserve, said he was “delighted” to be working with Zibrant and the Motivcom group to grow and develop digital marketing and venue finding solutions.

Goldserve will become part of Zibrant Ltd andprovide new business opportunities for the pan-European venue finding and event management company.
