High hospitality score for Central Hall Westminster

London event space, Central Hall Westminster, has scored a high rating for its customer service as part of the Hospitality Assured Standard 2011.
 
Central Hall Westminster scored a 74.6 per cent across the 10 step assessment for service and business excellence. The external evaluation covers all aspects of the service provided at Central Hall, including the evolving venue offer, service delivery, operational standards and planning.
 
“The Hospitality Assured Standard is a great tool to benchmark against the vast number of event venues in London,” said Marketing Manager for the venue, Maria Schuett. “Especially new clients can be assured of our continuous commitment to customer service excellence and expect ‘best service in town.”
 
Central Hall Westminster claims to be the largest central London conference and events centre.
