South African Tourism appoints new UK Country Manager

Lungi Morrison has joined the South African Tourism (SAT) team, as UK Country Manager.
She will initially be based at the organisation’s Johannesburg Head Office before relocating to London at the beginning of September.

Lungi will be charged with promoting South Africa as a preferred destination to visitors from the UK, SA Tourism’s largest air market.
SAT Chief Operating Officer, Tim Scholtz, said Morrison was joining South African Tourism with a career history spanning consumer, governmental and non-profit undertakings. She has worked with Nestle and the Gauteng Tourism Authority.

“Her positive outlook is infectious and her passion for South Africa undeniable,” he said. “We are proud to have Lungi on board and look forward to her enthusiasm resonating through her work in the UK.”
