SUMO part of Warwick Conferences’ Confidence Season

Over 40 events and conference organisers gathered in Coventry on recently to hear tips from one of the country’s best selling business authors as part of Warwick Conferences’ ‘Confidence Season’ seminar programme.
In a session specifically developed for in-house event and conference organisers, confidence guru Paul McGee – known as the ‘SUMO’ guy (’Shut Up and Move On’ or ’I choose’ in Latin) explained how, with confidence, you can transform your business in a single day.
Warwick Conferences’ Head of Sales and Marketing, Rachael Bartlett, said: “Warwick Conferences hosts around 4,000 events and 200,000 delegates each year, so we know a thing or two about what makes a successful event.
“We also understand that it can be a stressful and challenging job so we wanted to share some of our expertise and give organisers a well deserved confidence boost.
“Paul McGee is an internationally-renowned speaker who has been a number one best selling author and this was a fantastic opportunity to hear his views on how you can create your own success.”
The Confidence Season concludes in September with McGee delivering two further bespoke sessions for agents and those organising large events for associations and charities.
