Montague promoted to Regional Director for the UK at Barceló hotels

Barceló Hotels and Resorts has promoted Peter Montague to Regional Director for the UK and Wayne Topley to Executive GM.
Montague will now be responsible for all 21 properties in the UK instead of the 10 he looked after as Regional Director with the UK.
“He knows the Barceló UK portfolio inside out and has a great deal of expertise and experience with the UK market,” said CEO for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Barceló Hotels and Resorts, Raúl González.
Wayne Topley, who was previously GM at the Barceló Hinckley Island Hotel, will continue to be responsible for overseeing the sales and operations at the Leicestershire property, as well as at the Barceló Daventry Hotel.
Barceló UK has 21 four-star hotels across the country, from Scotland to Torquay.
