First phase refurbishment complete at Menzies Welcombe

The Menzies Welcombe Hotel, Spa and Golf Club has completed the first phase of its refurbishment programme.
The programme at the Stratford upon Avon hotel will see the public areas such as the bar, restaurant and function rooms restyled and upgraded and 34 rooms in the garden wing, located between the ground and first floor, redecorated and refurbished in a contemporary style.
In addition, the Par 70, 18-hole championship Golf Course now features new buggy pathways from the 11th tee through to the 12th green. The new pathways will ensure that the buggies can be used all year round.
The Menzies Welcombe Hotel’s GM Greg Fehler said: “We’re delighted that the first phase of our refurbishment programme has been completed. The rooms in the Garden Wing are tastefully redecorated with additional facilities to meet the needs of both residential and business guests. We look forward to getting the second phase of the programme underway”.
