London Wasps rugby players Steve Kefu and Richard Haughton last week got in some extra training at Hilton London Metropole’s large conference space ahead of the team’s St George’s Day clash with Bath at Twickenham.
The rugby stars practised in the hotel’s West Wing conference centre and were not cramped for style in the 1,061sqm space.
Hilton London Metropole’s General Manager Avner On said: “It was fantastic to have two rugby stars at Hilton London Metropole. The King’s Suite has hosted every imaginable occasion from a black tie dinner dance for 1,000 to a sales conference for 3,000, so it was very exciting to see it transformed into a rugby training ground for the day.”
Hilton Hotels & Resorts has been an exclusive partner of the Premiership Rugby since 2008.
