GPJ appointed by Thomson Reuters, appoints new staff members

Business information gatherer Thomson Reuters (TR) has appointed live marketing company George P Johnson (GPJ) as a global strategic events partner.
TR says it hopes to develop an increasingly strategic approach to its event marketing with this partnership, and help share best practices across the organisation. The combined teams have started working on forthcoming TR events.
Following this and other recent business wins, GPJ has appointed three new senior account directors and an executive director of business development.
The account director roles will be filled by Amanda Stephenson (ex-Grayling Live), Ursula Morrish (ex-Fitch Live) and Adrian Power (ex-Jack Morton).
Kevin Jackson arrives as the executive director of business development, joining from Jack Morton Worldwide where he was SVP of sales and marketing.
“All four appointments bring with them tremendous experience which will add value to our clients and our business as a whole,” said SVP and MD of GPJ, Kim Myhre. “We have aggressive growth plans for the future and this team will further support these plans.”
