The Royal Garden Hotel in London is launching a campaign that will underline the need for venues to adopt more flexible working practices for meetings and events.
The Independent Thinking. Imaginative Results campaign encompasses the hotel’s internal approach to servicing events business and it hopes it will be replicated across other UK venues.
“Over the last few years, organisers have drifted towards bespoke venues, caterers and event management,” said Conference and Banqueting Manager at the Royal Garden Hotel, Jon Nixson. “We’re here to show them that they can get this flexibility and creativity from a five star hotel as well.”
Originating as an internal training ethic for staff of the hotel’s conference and banqueting department, the campaign is a promise to conference organisers that the hotel will create bespoke packages that can deliver the very limits of organisers’ imaginations.
“Organisers are no longer willing to accept venues that just provide standard packages and as an independent hotel we can react quickly to demands,” Nixson adds.
The property has recently completed a £45m investment which has included a complete refit of the conference and banqueting spaces.
