The Ricoh Arena in Coventry hosted the Prime Minister David Cameron recently for the Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) Summit.
Cameron was joined by Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg along with Government Ministers Vince Cable, Eric Pickles, Mark Prisk and Greg Clarke and representatives from LEPs across the country.
Ricoh Arena’s Chief Executive Daniel Gidney said this was the largest ministerial visit to the region. “The Ricoh Arena’s reputation as a centre for business excellence is growing all the time and this ministerial visit endorsed the environment we provide for businesses across the UK,” he said
“Our flagship facilities have been strengthened following our £3.7m investment to provide a 650-seat auditorium for conferences, conventions and symposiums and I was proud to welcome the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister, Government ministers and key business people from across the UK to the Ricoh Arena.”
